The high, bright space offers a motivating view of the Pitztal mountains and is equipped with state-of-the-art TechnoGym equipment. You'll find a treadmill, exercise bike, cyclone trainer, rowing machine, and free weights.

The high-walled, bright room offers a motivating view of the Pitztal Mountains and is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment from TechnoGym. You can expect a treadmill, ergometer, cyclone trainer, rowing bench and bar bells. Our gym is open daily from 07:00 am to 20:00 .

Unwind at 80 to 90 degrees Celsius and feel the power of the Pitztal mountains. Our organic rock sauna is open daily from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
Steam Grotto - Miraculous Warmth

Enveloped in fine steam and surrounded by soothing warmth, you can easily leave the everyday world behind. Our oriental steam grotto is open daily from 2 pm to 7:30 pm and invites you into a world of pure relaxation. This steam sauna is a comfortable 60 degrees Celsius and can accommodate up to 7 people.
Herbal sauna - The power of alpine flora

Aromatic mountain pine and fragrant Swiss pine have been a well-kept secret of alpine well-being for ages. These treasures of the mountains invigorate the senses, provide new energy, and have a beneficial effect on body and mind. Combined with warmth, stone, and wood, they offer you a space to relax at 70 degrees Celsius. Open daily from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
Swiss pine outdoor sauna - for improved health

The Swiss pine provides a pleasant aroma and is known for its antibacterial and pollutant-inhibiting properties. Relax at 80 degrees. Open daily from 2 pm to 7:30 pm.
