All apartments (except double rooms) have a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine as well as all accessories and cleaning supplies.

During the booking process, you select your desired apartment and your preferred payment method. Depending on availability, various payment options are available, giving you flexibility. Your booking will then be confirmed immediately and reserved.
You will automatically receive an email with a link to online check-in 3 days before arrival. Please complete this check-in so we can submit all the necessary information for guest registration. This will shorten your check-in time and allow you to arrive and enjoy your stay immediately.
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

A modern electric vehicle charging station from be-energised, with a charging capacity of up to 11 kW, available directly at our hotel. Naturally, you can all common charging cards . We also have our own hotel charging cards available, which you can conveniently obtain at reception . The charging fee starts at €0.34 per kWh

Freshly chilled, we offer original Tyrolean beer, various soft drinks, and our signature spring water. We also offer a selection of exclusive wines, both from our own vineyard and from Austria and Italy. These are available at our Pizzeria Pizzorama from Tuesday to Sunday between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm (closed on Mondays).

We accept no liability for accidents or damages of any kind in and around our house. Parents are responsible for their children.
Pets are very welcome here. You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend to the restaurant. The fee is €20 per night, excluding food.
Your children are very welcome and will be well cared for. Our KIDS CLUB is a highlight for our guests of all ages.
We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard and Visa. You are also welcome to pay for your holiday with us in cash or by debit card.
In addition to our prices, we charge a tourist tax of EUR 4.00 per person/day for guests aged 16 and over.
The Hochzeiger cable cars can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot or a few minutes by bus. The bus stop is directly opposite the house.

In Jerzens Dorf, we have a small grocery store, MINI M, open Monday and Tuesday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., closed on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. Spar supermarket, Unterdorf 6, 6473 Wenns, is about 7.9 km away. M Preis, Sankt Margarethen 624, 6473 Wenns, is about 8.4 km away, and the next largest supermarkets are in Imst.

Free cancellation is possible up to 21 days before your arrival.
In case of cancellation 20 days or less before arrival, or in case of no-show, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total amount.

You can borrow hiking or walking sticks from us free of charge.
You are welcome to drop off your dirty laundry (up to 4 kg dry weight) at reception. We will wash and dry your laundry for you – typically at 30°C and in a tumble dryer. Of course, we can also accommodate other washing temperatures or air drying upon request. Please simply let us know your preferences when you drop off your laundry; the price starts from €20.00.
Our apartments are not cleaned dailyto ensure you can enjoy your stay undisturbed. Upon request, we are happy to provide an interim cleaning of your apartment for a fee starting at €35.00. Please inform us in advance so we can schedule this service to best suit your needs. Vacuum cleaners and brooms are also available for your use at any time. We are happy to change your towels free of charge. Please let the reception know, and we will take care of the rest!
