THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR YOUR STAY

• Arrival and departure

  Many roads lead to Panorama Alpin. Here you will find detailed directions. Your apartment will be available from 4:00 PM on your arrival day until 10:00 AM on your departure day.

• down payment

  For confirmed reservations, we require a deposit of EUR 600,- via bank transfer to our account. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

• bathrobes

  In your apartment you will find your wellness bag containing a bathrobe and wellness slippers.

• Visitors

  Please let us know if you have visitors. You are welcome to spend time in the public areas. Only hotel guests have access to the apartments. We kindly ask you to take note of this.

  We provide bed linen for a price of 13.90 per stay.

• Booking confirmation

  After booking, you will receive a booking confirmation from us. We require a deposit of €600.00. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.

• Check-in & Check-out

  Your room will be ready for you from 4:00 PM on your arrival day. To make your check-in even more pleasant and straightforward, you can send us your guest details in advance for the registration form and guest card.

  We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. 

• Showers on the day of departure

• Luggage storage

  Freshly chilled, we offer original Tyrolean beer, various soft drinks, and our signature spring water. We also offer a selection of exclusive wines, both from our own vineyard and from Austria and Italy. These are available at our Pizzeria Pizzorama from Tuesday to Sunday between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm (closed on Mondays).

  We are pleased to offer you a modern 22kW electric vehicle charging station from be.energised.

  Charging is possible with all common charging cards.

  If you do not have a card, you can obtain one at our reception (for a fee).

• Liability

  We accept no liability for accidents or damages of any kind in and around our house. Parents are responsible for their children.

• pets

  Pets are allowed upon request. We charge €20.00 per day for pets, excluding food.

• Children

  Your children are very welcome and will be well cared for. Our KIDS CLUB is a highlight for our guests of all ages.

  We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard and Visa. You can also pay for your holiday with us in cash or by debit card. We also accept PayPal.

• Tourist tax

  In addition to our prices, we charge tourist tax of EUR 4.00 per person/day for guests aged 16 and over.

  Subject to availability, we also offer a late check-out (for an additional fee).

  Panorama Alpin is a non-smoking house! Smoking is only permitted on the balconies or terraces, or in front of the house.

  Enjoy our Cafe-Pizzeria "Pizzorama" directly in the Panorama Alpin.

  Please use your room safe to keep all your valuables secure.

• sauna

  The sauna is a nude area and is reserved for adult guests. Children under 14 years of age are not permitted.

  Our heated indoor pool is open to everyone. Children must be supervised!

• ski bus

  The ski bus takes you to the Pitztal ski resorts free of charge. The bus stop is only 100m from the house.

• ski storage

  In our ski room with ski boot dryer you will find plenty of space for your skis, poles & boots.

• Cancellation policy

  Existing and new direct bookings for 2025/2026:

  We know that travel plans can sometimes change.

  Free cancellation is possible up to 21 days before your arrival.

  In case of cancellation 20 days or less before arrival, or in case of no-show, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total amount.

  We recommend taking out travel insurance to avoid any potential problems. Travel insurance .

• Entertainment

  At reception , we keep you informed about events in the holiday region . Of course, we are always happy to answer any further questions

• hiking poles

  You can borrow hiking or walking sticks from us free of charge.

  The ski bus takes to the Pitztal skiing areas free of charge. The bus stop is only 100m away from the hotel.

  In our ski room with ski boot dryer you will find enough space for your skis, poles & boots .

• Smoking

  The Panorama Alpin - Moments is a non-smoking house! You can only smoke on the balconies or terraces or in front of the house.

• Terms of payment

  You can transfer the remaining amount before the start of your holiday or pay on site in cash or with EC card.

• Travel insurance

  Something unforeseen can always happen. We therefore recommend that you take out travel insurance .

• Visitors

  Please let us know briefly if you have visitors. You are welcome to stay in the public area. Only house guests have access to the flats. We kindly ask you to take note of this.

• Visitor's tax

  In addition to our prices, we charge a visitor's tax of EUR 4.00 per person / day for guests over 16 years of age.

• Arrival and departure

  The name of the chemins is just like Panorama Alpin. You will find detailed descriptions of the itineraries. Your apartment is scheduled to arrive at 4:00 p.m. and will arrive at 10:00 a.m.

• Acompte

  For a fixed reservation, we request a payment of 600 euros per payment on our bank account. The solde est à régler 4 semaines before the arrival.

• Companion animals

  Les animals domesticated sont admis chez nous sur demande. Pour les animaux domestics, nous facturons 20.00 per day without nourriture.

• Drinks

  The original beer, various lemonades and mineral water are also available in refrigerated beverages. Nous sommes également heureux de you proposer des vins exclusifs, provenant de notre propre cave et d'Autriche. This is available in our pizzeria Pizzeria du Mardi au dimanche between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (the lundi is a jour férié).

  The day you arrive, your room is ready for 16 hours. Pour rendre votre check-in sur place encore plus agréable et moins compliqué, you can nous transmettre à l'advance vos d'hôte données pour le bulletin d'inscription et la carte d'hôte.

  The access to our indoor swimming pool is chauffeured and authorized to all. Les children sont priés de rester sous surveillance!

• Ski bus

  The ski bus is free at the ski stations in Pitztal. The arrival is 100 meters from the house.

• Cave à skis

  Dans notre local à skis with sèche-chaussures de ski, you will find sufficient place for your skis, batons & chaussures.

• Cancellation conditions

  Reservations direct existing and new for 2024/2025:

  In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, our facts are 100% of the total price.
  In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival, nous invoices 80% of the total price.
  In cases of cancellation between 29 and 14 days before the arrival, nous invoices 50% of the total price.
  In cases of cancellation just 30 days before arrival, there are no facts before the cancellation.

  This is our only recommendation for an assured voyage.

  At the reception, you will receive information about the ongoing organization of manifestations in the region of vacances. Nous sommes bien entendu à votre disposition pour toute question supplémentaire.

• Hiking batons

  Chez nous, you can receive gratuitement of the bâtons de randonnée or de marche.
