Experience tradition at the Stampfle Cultural Center – bread, crafts & culinary delights in the Pitztal Valley

Anyone wanting to experience Tyrolean tradition up close should definitely visit the Stampfle Cultural Centre . Here you can expect to find living customs, regional crafts and culinary delights – a special experience for the whole family.

Every day of the event, from 3 pm onwards on Wednesdays, you can buy freshly baked bread directly from the wood-fired oven – while supplies last. Discover the fascinating history of grain, flour, and bread, and experience how a genuine piece of Tyrolean cuisine is created from regional grain.

On selected Wednesdays (July 15th, July 29th, August 5th, August 19th and September 2nd), flour will be milled using traditional methods. You can follow the entire process from grain to finished flour up close and gain interesting insights into the old miller's craft.

Another highlight awaits from 5:00 PM: The milk pipeline opens its gates. Visitors can tour the facility and purchase fresh milk on site. Returnable bottles are available.

The farmers' markets on July 17th and August 21st (2 pm–6 pm) are particularly atmospheric . Regional producers present their high-quality specialties and offer delicacies from the Pitztal valley to taste and take away.
